At Lash Queens Studio and Beauty, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth operations and respect for all clients and staff, please review our cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

• Late Cancellation Fee: If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge at least 50% of the total service fee. To avoid any delays in future bookings, please pay the "Cancellation Fee Notice" sent to your email if applicable.

• No Call No Show: Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice is considered a No Call No Show. This means valuable time that could have been spent with another client is lost.

Also note:

• Kindly contact us at (812) 456-8747 if you are running late for your appointment. We understand that traffic and emergencies happen. If 15 minutes have passed from when you were expected, and we did not receive a call/text, your appointment will be forfeited and considered a "No-Call No-Show". ​​

• Please limit the use of cell phones during your service (this is out of respect for other clients and safety regulations). 

• We do not provide refunds for every service. If there is ever a case that you are not satisfied, please let us know within 72 hours of completion so that we can address the situation.

• If you experience an allergic reaction, we will remove your eyelash extensions at no cost to you.​
