What You Need to Know

If you are booking under the "Queens Plan" you MUST have 40-50% of lashes left in order for us to take you. If time is available we will do a full set but you MUST pay the difference.
If you are looking to upgrade your lashes to a fuller set you MUST pay the difference.
If you have major lash fall out please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner without having to do another full set.

At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Lash Queens Studio and Beauty experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Please do not use cellphone during your appointment time.
We reserve this time especially for you. Please arrive on time, 15 minutes late will be rescheduled.
Please kindly note that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not give us 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, we have the right to charge you.
Please note that we do not refund on all of our services. If you are not satisfied with the services we provided. Please let us know within 3 days so we can fixed it for you. And if you experienced an allergic reactions, we can removed the extensions for you at no cost.
